As a mother-daughter team, we’ve personally experienced the joys and challenges of caring for our own family members who faced terminal illnesses and required long-term care. These cherished moments not only deepened our bond but also ignited a passion to extend that love and care beyond our immediate family. Inspired by this purpose, we decided to open a senior living facility where we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, providing the same compassion and dedication we gave our loved ones.
Melissa brings a diverse background in human health and insurance, with over 20 years of experience rooted in supporting people, building trust, and delivering compassionate care. As a licensed RCFE Administrator and owner of Cherish Senior Living, she combines strong business expertise with hands-on leadership.
A proud mother of two adult daughters and a loving “Mimi” to four grandchildren, family remains at the heart of everything she does. When she’s not supporting her teams or serving residents, Melissa enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations.
Victoria has been working in the senior living care industry since 2020 and holds certifications as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, and a licensed RCFE Administrator. With a strong foundation in hands-on care and operations, she brings deep expertise across resident care, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day community leadership.
As owner and face of Cherish Senior Living, Victoria oversees the operations of her senior living facility and plays an integral role in care standards and operational excellence. She has built trusted relationships with physicians, home health agencies, hospice providers, social workers, and care coordinators to ensure residents receive coordinated, high-quality care.
Victoria is a dedicated mother of two young children and values the importance of family both personally and professionally. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, accountability, and a deep commitment to supporting seniors and the families who care for them.
